Rock Canyon Apartments: RPI Group LLC acquired this 100 unit asset in Norman, Oklahoma.  We closed on August 2018. RPI Management took over management in October 2019.

Spanish Cove Apartments: We are investment partners and Key principals in this 44 unit property acquired in 2018. Spanish Cove sold in 2023.

The Monterey Apartments: We are investment partners in this 160 unit property acquired in 2016. Sold in 2020.

The Welling Apartments:  We purchased in 2015 as Independent Rental Owners and personally managed all aspects of the property from 2015 to 2018. Welling was sold in 2018.
